Jennifer Faherty is a CFP®, Certified Coach and earned a B.A. from Dartmouth College and M.A. from Columbia University. In her current role as Chief Client Experience Officer, Jennifer works with the financial planning, client service, and marketing teams to help design and implement an enhanced experience for Modera clients. She’s responsible for corporate communications, events, and developing solutions to optimize all aspects of the client journey.

Outside of work, Jennifer loves to read and travel (upcoming destination: South Africa). As a former teacher, she is also passionate about education and social issues, and volunteers as a mentor for young adults and women seeking to enter the financial planning industry.
