My name is Steve McDade, and I am the co-founder of Foundation Wealth Management, LLC, a successful, independent wealth management firm based in the heart of downtown Media, Pa. I believe that comprehensive financial planning is the key to reaching financial independence.

As a Certified Financial Planner, I help people organize their financial lives, how to focus on what's important, and keep them on track. Together, we think through financial decisions, what their impact will be, and then help implement the plan.

I enjoy relieving the frustration, confusion and angst many people have around their money and personal finances. At Foundation Wealth Management, we prefer holistic planning over "financial predictions," meaning we partner with clients and provide direction in all aspects of their financial lives. My passion is creating a trusting, collaborative relationship with a client and building a strong financial plan.

Early in my career, I visited the workplace to educate employees about the importance of having a financial plan and saving for retirement. I have developed financial plans for a wide array of people: retirees, doctors, teachers and corporate executives.
