Additional Information

Andy is a founding partner of Accountable Financial Planning LLC. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, a NAPFA-Registered Financial Advisor, a Registered Investment Advisor Representative in the State of Ohio, and an IRS Annual Filing Season Program Participant.

Andy brings a unique combination of education, work, and life experiences to the financial planning process, including an engineering background, history of academic achievement, and years of experience helping others optimize their resources to achieve their goals.

Prior to establishing AFP in 2009, Andy was a financial planner at another fee-only firm, where he customized financial plans, prepared tax returns, and managed assets for a diverse set of individual and business clients.

Andy completed the CFP® coursework through the College For Financial Planning and passed the CFP® Board Exam in 2007. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering in 2002 from the University of Cincinnati, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, and proudly competed as a long distance runner for the Cincinnati Bearcats.

Andy resides in Westerville, Ohio with his wife, Katy, and their three sons, Jeffery, Gregory, and Micah. He volunteers as a youth basketball, running, and soccer coach. He is an outdoor enthusiast and has hiked and camped in more than 20 U.S. National Parks. He enjoys running, biking, playing basketball, and spending time with his family.
